Filling out this application doesn't obligate you in any way; it's just the first step in a conversation we can continue by phone to talk about the possibility of your joining OutCasting.
Watch our four minute video showing what it's like for students to work at OutCasting. You can also get more information here.
Age: Over the years, we have had OutCasters of middle school, high school, and college ages.
Orientation/identity: You can identify with any sexual orientation or gender identity, including straight ally, but you must be supportive of the fight for LGBTQ+ equality.
You do not have to have previous experience — we will teach you what you need to know — but if you do have relevant experience, great! We'll talk about that on the phone.
This online application is secure and confidential. Once we receive it, we'll reach out to you, normally by e-mail or text, to schedule a phone call.
Thanks! We look forward to receiving your application and, we hope, working with you at OutCasting.
