Pride 2014

June is Pride month, a time when we celebrate the anniversary of the Stonewall rebellion.  On three nights in late June 1969, patrons of the Stonewall Inn, a gay bar in New York City, rioted in protest of repeated police raids.  The history is more nuanced, but the riots are widely viewed as the beginning of the modern LGBTQ rights movement.
