Covid-19 note: For the duration of this emergency, you'll be working from home, and will rejoin us in our studio in Westchester County, New York, when we can re-open it.
We invite you to join OutCasting as a youth participant! If you fill out this application, you're not obligated in any way; this is just the first step in a conversation we can continue by phone to talk about the possibility of your joining OutCasting.
Age: Over the years, we have had OutCasters of middle school, high school, and college ages.
Orientation/identity: You can identify with any sexual orientation or gender identity, including straight ally, but you must be supportive of the fight for LGBTQ+ equality.
This online application is secure and confidential. Once we receive it, we'll reach out to you, normally by e-mail or text, to schedule a phone call.
You do not have to have previous experience — we will teach you what you need to know — but if you do have relevant experience, great! We'll talk about that on the phone.
Thanks! We look forward to receiving your application and, we hope, working with you at OutCasting.
